Dermott Brereton

AFL legend and Channel Nine personality Dermott Brereton aka ‘The Kid’ is a household Australian name.   After an illustrious career with the Hawthorn football club where he played in five premiership sides and represented his state on nine occasions, Dermott has forged a successful career as a television presenter, football commentator, newspaper columnist, and radio host.
Dermott also hosted the popular Victorian travel show Postcards before moving to Getaway the following year.  In 2007, Dermott joined the cast of the award winning Channel Nine prime-time travel show ‘Getaway’, marking his transition from AFL sports personality to national prime-time lifestyle host. His versatility on T.V has seen him take on several high profile roles over the years.  In his capacity as sports media personality, Dermott hosted and provided special comments for Channel Nine’s Friday Night football before Nine lost the AFL rights in 2007, and he continues to make appearances on the AFL Footy Show where he has appeared as a panelist for many years.  

Dermott is a highly sought after keynote speaker at corporate and sporting functions, having recently emceed/spoken at events for Telstra, Melbourne Storm and the Financial Planners Association.

Dr Chris Brown

Dr Chris Brown’s knowledge of animals is as much instinctive as it is taught.
Growing up in the suburbs of Newcastle with his father as the local vet, it’s easy to see why Chris’s four legged brothers and sisters far outnumbered the human variety. The backyard played home and ‘hospital ward’ to everything from chickens to ducks, koalas, kangaroos, horses, cows and a donkey, as well as household pets such as dogs, cats and birds. Chris even had a pet penguin for six months. But despite this, he swore for his entire childhood that he’d never become a vet because ‘that’s what Dad does’. However, it was the sudden decline of his dog and best mate, Claude that changed his mind.
After graduating from Sydney University with First Class Honours, Chris accepted an offer to work in a clinic on Sydney’s north shore. It was during this time that Chris found time to travel to remote Aboriginal communities in the deserts of the Northern Territory to improve the health of animals, mainly dogs, that had never seen, let alone been treated by a vet.

Ryan Fitzgerald

Ryan Fitzgerald has became one of Australia’s most recognizable media personalities. Ever since he was young, Ryan was a spectacular (Australian) footballer. This payed off in 2000 when he was recruited to professional AFL team Sydney Swans. Having played there, two years later he went over to Adelaide Crows. While at their club, he injured his leg/knee, forcing him into an early retirement from football.

In 2004, he was chosen to take part in Big Brother Australia 2004, in which he came fourth and proved to be one of the most popular housemates to ever grace the Big Brother house.

In October 2010, Fitzgerald announced that he would be leaving Nova 91.9 Breakfast to be a part of Nova’s drive show Fitzy and Wippa.
Ryan is also a regular player in the EJ Whitten legends game, He is credited with nearly winning the game in 2011 but his goal that would have won the game for the All Stars was controversially ruled after the siren

RACHAEL FINCH

Rachael Finch has captured the hearts of the Australian public with her vibrant and passionate personality. Rachael wowed the world when she represented Australia in the Miss Universe competition in the Bahamas last year.

Tom Williams

Tom is currently the host of Channel Sevens show Surf Patrol, resident health presenter on SMG Red’s Focus Series and the face of Seven’s new digital network channel 7Two. Tom previously co-hosted Season 2 of Rexona’s Greatest Athlete, presented on The Great Outdoors for 7 years and co-hosted Gladiators. He has commentated for the Seven network at the Beijing Olympics, Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Iron Man series and roving reporter for the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. He also won series two of Dancing with the Stars!
